An audit helps to determine to what extent the company's processes and projects satisfy their objectives. It provides an external, independent view on the IT department operations and enables to compare them with the best practices in this area. As part of our services, we offer an organizational and process audit related to the IT department efficiency examination. We examine the long- and short-term strategy as well as the processes and controls which are in place to ensure correct and predictable execution of these processes.
An important element of the audit is the IT architecture analysis including the existing solutions as well as the capability to adapt to changing business conditions and needs. We also execute an implementation audit at several stages of an implementation project. The audit is concentrated on examining the completion of business objectives as well as the quality of the implemented solution. During or after implementation, we also analyze to what extent the automatic controls, whose aim is to ensure security of business processes, were used in the most effective way, i.e. forced at the level of process implementation in a system (usually ERP). We use the following methodologies and standards: CobiT, ValiT, ISO27001.
